Family planning: benefits, recommendations and methods
Family planning encompasses the whole set of practices used by a couple, woman or man whose objective is to control the reproduction and offspring of these.
Thanks to family planning, people can decide when is the right time to be a parent, as well as the number of children they want to have. In this way, sexual relationships have been disconnected from the pure fact of having offspring, that is, couples can have sex without implying pregnancy.
Within family planning methods, there are both methods that prevent pregnancy (contraceptives), and those that seek to increase the chances of getting it (fertility treatments).
Below you have an index with all the points that we will discuss in this article.
